Disclaimer

Every property is different. What a job looks like when we're finished depends on the size of the place, its condition when we arrive, the surfaces and materials in it, the work you book, and things outside our control — older staining, wear and damage in particular. We can't guarantee a specific outcome, that every job will be finished in one visit, or that the result will match a photo or example. If something isn't right, tell us promptly and we'll look at it with you.

The content on this website is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't warrant that everything is complete, error-free, or up to date, and nothing here is professional, legal, or health and safety advice. Anything we describe about how a clean is done, or about products and surfaces, is general guidance rather than a plan for your property — and it doesn't replace the manufacturer's own instructions for a surface, appliance or finish.

We treat your property and belongings with care. If something is damaged during a job, let us know right away so we can address it. Delicate surfaces, antiques, electronics and anything with a finish that reacts badly to water or a cleaning product are not always obvious, so please point out anything we should avoid or leave alone before we start. How liability is handled is described in our Terms of Service.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
