First, you tell us about the place
Tell us where the property is and what you want done. How big it is, how many bathrooms there are, how much of it is in daily use and how often you want us are what decide the size of a job — and a message is enough for us to come back with a price.
Say what matters and what to leave alone: a room nobody uses, a surface that takes a particular product, a cabinet that stays shut, a pet that needs a door kept closed. We work to what you tell us. The first visit is when we agree that list in the rooms themselves.
Then we quote the real job
You get a price for the work in front of us. Sending us a quote request costs nothing, and a price we come back with doesn't commit you to anything.
There's no list price for this trade, and we don't pretend otherwise. A regular clean scales with floor area, the number of bathrooms and how often we come; a deep clean scales with how long it has been. Two houses the same size can be two different jobs. So every quote is written to one property.
What a visit covers

Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, dusting through the living areas and bedrooms, and floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. That much is every visit.
Everything past it is the list we agree with you, written down rather than remembered — which is what stops a room being quietly dropped one week because nobody was sure it was included.
On the day
We need a way in. A gate code, a building's visitor parking, a front desk that needs telling, a lift that is only free at certain hours — tell us up front if access is awkward, so we plan for it instead of finding out on the morning.
Whether you're there while the work happens is worth settling when we quote the job — say which you'd rather do and we'll plan around it. Either way, agreeing the list is what makes the rest of it straightforward.
What the place looks like afterwards

Everything back where it belongs, floors done last so nothing lands on them afterwards, and the trash out. If we moved something to clean under it, it goes back.
Not every job ends the same way. A deep clean leaves a place reset rather than maintained; a move-out leaves it empty and ready to hand over. Tell us which of those you're after and we'll quote it that way.
If a visit has to move
Sometimes a visit has to move — ours or yours. If a date matters to you, a move, a closing, or people arriving, say so when you ask for the quote and we'll be straight about whether it's realistic rather than agreeing to it and hoping.
If something isn’t right
If the work doesn't come out the way you understood it would, tell us — while we're still there if you can, or as soon as you notice. We'd far rather hear it from you than have you quietly working around it.
